Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds - 100g.
Amla powder - 4 tbsp.
Rose petal powder - 2 tbsp.
Plain Oats -100 g.
Orange peel powder - 5 tbsp
Steps.
1- Fry oats in a hot pan for 5 minutes without oil.
2- Blend all the ingredients into fine powder.
3- Store it in a dry jar.
Usage
Take 1 tbsp collagen powder into lukewarm water after dinner or before going to bed.
